Marv IslesChief Executive OfficerMarvin Isles joined BÖWE BELL + HOWELL as Chief Executive Officer in December, 2004. Isles has served as a Board Member since the company's merger with BÖWE SYSTEC AG of Augsburg, Germany, in January, 2003. Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, Isles served as Chairman and CEO of Giddings and Lewis from 1996 - 2000, at that time the largest machine tool manufacturer in North America. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of GenCorp, a $2 billion diversified company with businesses in aerospace, automotive and plastic industries. Isles is a 1969 industrial engineer graduate of the General Motors Institute (GMI) and received a masters in business administration degree from Michigan Tech University (MTU) in 1970. He received honors from GMI as a distinguished alumnus and from MTU for outstanding achievement. |

John LombardPresident of Field OperationsJohn Lombard brings more than 29 years of industry experience to BÖWE BELL + HOWELL. As President of Field Operations, Lombard is responsible for managing company growth and continuing to solidify BÖWE BELL + HOWELL's position as the market leader for the document industry. After completing his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering in South Africa, Lombard began his career in North America with Bell + Howell Canada in 1976. Lombard held numerous positions, including National Sales Manager, over a ten-year period. Until 1992, he also held the positions of Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing for all business lines at Pitney Bowes Canada, which employed more than 2,000 people. Most recently, as President of BÖWE SYSTEC's North American operations, he led the company to 10 consecutive years of growth and increased market share. |

Russell HuntPresident, BÖWE BELL + HOWELL ScannersRussell Hunt, president of BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners, is responsible for scanner manufacturing, sales, marketing and customer service. Serving BÖWE BELL + HOWELL's scanner division for more than a decade, Hunt has held positions as general manager and vice president of sales and marketing worldwide. As general manager, Hunt was responsible for strategic planning, P&L division objectives, asset management, marketing directives, budgets, sales strategies and channel contracts. Hunt has more than 20 years of sales and marketing-management experience in the high-tech products industry. Before joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL more than 13 years ago, he served in a variety of sales, management and product development roles at Unisys Corp. Hunt received an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and a master of business administration degree from Arizona State University. |

Michael R. SwiftPresident and General Manager, Postal and Sorting ProductsAs President and General Manager of the Postal and Sorting Products Division since 2000, Michael Swift is responsible for directing BÖWE BELL + HOWELL's business operations for high-speed mail sorting systems and related postal automation and paper-handling technology. The business supports the commercial mailing market and courier/postal markets worldwide including national posts such as the US Postal Service. Prior to joining Bell + Howell in 1995, Swift was with IBM Corporation for 11 years, starting with IBM's mainframe systems division in 1984. Later, he worked for IBM's federal sector and services division in various capacities including industrial and cost engineering, program and product management and contract management. Swift received his undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and systems management from Pennsylvania State University and completed graduate work in management from the National Technological University. |

Roger SpitzigPresident, Software Business SolutionsMr. Spitzig is responsible for the software technologies which link together the entire business communications workflow including production management, item tracking and quality control, data management, electronic presentment and customer service solutions. Prior to joining BÖWE BELL + HOWELL in 2004, Roger was President of Intellitech Innovations Inc. For 15 years Intellitech specialized in production management and high speed inspection solutions for a wide range of industries including automotive, electronics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and medical imaging. Intellitech was a long time business partner of BÖWE BELL + HOWELL and together delivered many innovative and industry leading solutions to the Print and Mail industry. Roger received a combined Honors degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University. |
